Roles have a variety of permissions and abilities

To keep roles simplified, EasyPost Analytics offers two user types which will satisfy all organizational requirements. The Viewer User is a traditional view only role with the ability to access production folders, drill into data elements, and create schedules and personalized boards. For more advanced users, Explore Users will be granted additional rights to the development folder with the ability to create and edit dashboards within.

Note that Parcel Tracking customers do not have the ability for Explore User access. Please reach out to your EasyPost CSM if there are any questions regarding this.
