The Parcel Spend dashboard summarizes postage labels purchased to understand transportation spend earlier than when invoices are received.

** Rated Costs are only available when labels are purchased from EasyPost and rating occured (excludes 1 call buys).

  • Total Shipped Packages (with Rated Costs) / Sum of all Rated Costs

• Average Zone

  • Based on USPS zone mapping, average zone of all shipments

• Average Distance

  • US Only — calculated based on the lat/long from origin destination and destination zip codes

Weight & Zone tiers: Shows total spend and cost per carton based on Zones and Weight Tiers, with the goal of re-contructing rate cards with actuals to understand distribution of spend.
