Setting Up Scheduled Delivery

Users can opt to have Dashboards emailed to them in PDF, CSV, or PNG based on a predetermined schedule. This allows users to have reports delivered at their convenience without them having to retrieve the reporting themselves. Scheduling also allows users who do not have access to EasyPost Analytics to receive reporting from EasyPost Analytics if a need arises.

Schedule Delivery can be set on any Dashboard with a set recurrence and format type. This can be set up for any number of email addresses (both users with and without EasyPost Analytics access). You can adjust the filters on the report for the scheduled version.

Setting up a Schedule Delivery

You can navigate to this menu from the upper right hamburger menu from any dashboard. This will pop up a new menu with a variety of settings. You can rename the schedule and add additional details around the specifics of the schedule. The recurrence section enables you to set when you will receive the schedule (daily, weekly, select months, etc.) and the preferred time. Email is the most typical way to receive the report and any number of email addresses can be added. These do not have to be existing users of EasyPost Analytics. The format section allows you to get the data in a file type that works for your organization such as PDF, CSV, or PNG.

Advanced options has a few additional items that can add additional clarity or customization to the schedule. The custom message can include details on report purpose or relevant information for receivers of the schedule. The check box section includes:

• Run schedule as recipient - The schedule will be run with the level of security of the recipient(s)

• Include links - Will include links to the dashboard in Elevate

• Expand tables to show all rows - without selecting this, tables with a large dataset would be limited to the predetermined displayed row limit

• Arrange dashboard tiles in a single column - if a dashboard has multiple tiles horizontally, these will be changed in the output into one column

The paper size section allows users to adjust to standard paper sizes if needed for printing. Delivery timezone will adjust which timezone to use for the delivery time in the setting menu.
