Boards within EasyPost Analytics can create a landing page for users based on their needs and frequently accessed Dashboards. These can be helpful with organizing Dashboards by role or task. All users have the ability to create Boards within EasyPost Analytics which allows for user specific flexibility and engagement.
By selecting the โ on the Boards button, a new menu will appear that allows you to either create a new board or browse for existing boards.
Selecting to Create a new board, you will be prompted to add a name for the Board. Don't worry this name can be changed after the Board is created.
After you name it and select Create Board, a new page will be available for customization. To the right of the page, you will notice an "About this board" section. You can see how many people have added this board as well as add a description to explain the purpose of the specific board. You can add sections and descriptions to enhance usability and adoption. To add a Dashboard, select the "Add Content" button and you can select any dashboard from any folder.
Utilizing the pencil icon, you can edit section titles or descriptions at anytime. Dashboards and sections can be re-ordered by holding and dragging. Everything can be edited and adjusted at any time.
Utilizing the same menu to create a new board, you can browse for boards that other users have created. You will be able to add any boards created for your organization and these will be saved under the boards menu on the left navigation.
When you select browse all boards, a new window will pop up that allows you to filter based on all boards or boards you have created. The 2nd drop down allows you to sort based on a few selections (name, creation date, or most popular).
