The Inbound module provides visibility to incoming inventory (POs, ASNs, Trailers) and the receiving process, to be used for operations planning and exception management.

This guide is a functional overview of the EasyPost Analytics Inbound module. This is intended to be a general overview, each implementation may vary depending on processes, systems, and data availability.

Key insights include:

  • Open POs by Expected Date

  • Inbound ASNs with Appointment and PO details – Cartons, Units

    • New Items that will require dim, etc

  • In-Progress Receipts

  • Vendor Audit / Article Inspection

    • ASN Variance Reporting - Overages, Shortages, Damages

    • Quality Hold – First Item Inspection

  • Received Totals (cartons, SKUs, units) & Details
