The Inventory module provides visibility throughout the Inventory lifecycle within the DC, including cycle counts and space utilization / capacity.

This guide is a functional overview of the EasyPost Analytics Inventory module. This is intended to be a general overview, each implementation may vary depending on processes, systems, and data availability.

Key insights include:

  • Inventory OH by Area, Slot Type, SKU, and status

  • Location occupancy and Space (cubic) utilization by area / slot type

  • Inventory consolidation – Identify potential consolidation or reserve to active inventory moves

    • Days of supply in active – top of opportunities

  • Cycle Count Accuracy Results

  • Aging Cycle Count Locations – Identify the oldest SKUs/Locations since last cycle count

    • Cycle Count SLA – # of times counted per year
