This guide is a functional overview of the EasyPost Analytics Fulfillment Execution module. This is intended to be a general overview, each implementation may vary depending on processes, systems, and data availability.

Fulfillment Execution Module allows end users to evaluate operational performance and capacity to make real time decisions to improve performance to deliver on customer expectations.

Order Lifecycle

Provides visibility into real time order status, SLA, and status to expectations by time and location to reduce customer cancels and meet customer expectations.

  • Picking SLA

  • Pick up SLA

  • Order status by location and time

  • Orders with missed SLAs

  • Volume expectations vs Actuals

  • Store Cancellation rate

  • Operational Cancellation rate

SLA can be ingested from OMS or calculated utilizing organizational expectations

Exception Identification

Identifying and quickly responding to exceptions allows an organization to respond in real time to avoid customer expectation misses.

  • Auto-cancel rate

  • Store Cancellation rate outside range

  • Operational Cancellation rate outside range

  • Negative on-hand inventory
